We want you to love your JENNY BIRD pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original branded pouch and box to ensure it stays protected during transit, then include the printed packing slip.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
